For sale is a pre-owned Browning Superposed Midas Grade manufactured in Belgium in 1967. 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors, Briley thin-walled with 5 extended choke tubes, single gold washed trigger, and tang mounted safety/selector switch.
The frame, barrel lugs, forearm hardware and trigger guard are engraved with floral scroll patterns with a scene of three pheasants on the left, three ducks on the right, a quail in flight on the underside and an initial shield on the trigger guard. The birds are rendered in lustrous gold inlay with gold wire borders. Both sides of the receiver are signed "H. DIET" for Master Engraver Jean H. Diet. Checkered fancy walnut beaver-tail style forearm and stock with a vented Browning recoil pad.
Comes with a Browning leather/canvas fitted leather case.
