Cancellation Policy
Appointments and bookings may be cancelled for a full refund with at least 24 hours’ advance notice. Refunds processed within this window should appear on your credit card statement within 5–7 business days of cancellation.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be processed through our online system and must be handled manually. In these cases, payments or deposits are non-refundable unless approved by range management due to extenuating circumstances.
