Michigan Shooting Centers has been in the gun shop business since 2012. Since that time, we have evolved into one of the nation’s largest competition sporting and hunting gun retailers. As our gun shop continues to grow and expand, operating it under the same name as our shooting range facilities, Michigan Shooting Centers, just doesn’t quite seem right. Our gun shop is no longer a small piece of what we do here and it’s time it get its own name. A name that is more fitting to what the gun shop is and where it is going in the years to come.

Moving forward, our gun shop will operate under the name, Orion Outdoors Company. This name gives tribute to the location in which our gun shop story began. It also pays homage to the story and heritage of the hunter.

With our new name comes the same great level of service that you’ve come to expect from Michigan Shooting Centers. Our friendly team remains the same as does our commitment to service. Our amazing team is led by the Lieske family. Pat Lieske and his son, Drew, are renown in the shooting sports world for their experience as professional shooters, range owners, and accomplished coaches. Our commitment to service includes providing every customer that purchases a factory new firearm from Orion Outdoors Co. with our industry-leading lifetime warranty.

At the present time, our gun shop remains located inside of Bald Mountain Shooting Range in Lake Orion. Our showroom offers a huge inventory of new and used shotguns, rifles and pistols. We are an authorized competition and field gun dealer for Caesar Guerini, Fabarm, Syren, Beretta, Browning, Blaser, Rizzini, Dickinson, and Fausti. We also offer a wide array of handguns and rifles from Nighthawk Custom, Korth, Volquaetsen, Glock, Sig Sauer, Ruger, Smith & Wesson, Springfield Armory and CZ.

In the coming years, you should expect to see some new and exciting announcements related to our Orion Outdoors brand. We intend to continue to grow this part of our business and to add both new products and new services to the list of things we offer.
